Get to know your ADHD coach

  • “Kim takes you quietly on a journey to reflect, understand and make sense of your reactions. I am so grateful to Kim for what I have learnt about myself and for what I have been able to put into practice over the past few months. Kim has shown me a different way to apply my knowledge and supported me to change my language around teaching others in my workplace. I want to thank Kim for providing a safe space for me to unpack my feelings and for her patience and kindness.”

    – Ruth, Coaching Client

  • “In just a few months of working with Kim, I have been empowered to make changes in my life that have had a huge impact on my day to day, and my overall quality of life. Kim has helped me to learn how my brain is wired, and helped me use my values, strengths and talents to my advantage. Kim is so passionate about helping her clients achieve their best, and I cannot recommend her services enough.”

    — Hannah, Coaching Client

  • “Working with Kim has been life changing beyond my expectiations! I have gained more clarity and knowledge on ADHD and how it affects me personally. This improved self-awareness has supported me to accept myself for who I am, and given me the confidence to work with my ADHD rather than battle against it. Each session I learn more about myself, and can see the growth in my life. Initially I did not know what to expect with coaching, but I would say to anyone considering it ' just do it'.”

    — Laura, Coaching Client

  • “Coaching with Kim has been life-changing.

I didn’t realise how much I needed ADHD coaching until I started working with Kim. From the beginning, she created a supportive and non-judgmental space where I felt truly seen and understood—sometimes even more than I understand myself.

Through our sessions, I’ve come to understand that ADHD doesn’t define me. I’ve learned to approach myself with compassion, recognise my strengths, and develop coping strategies that actually work for me. For the first time, I don’t feel defective—I feel human.

After years of therapy that didn’t quite click, this coaching has helped me make real progress because it speaks directly to the way my brain works. It’s like having a wise, encouraging buddy by my side who gets all my quirks and helps me see them in a new light.

If I had a bottomless pit of money, I’d sign up for life. That’s how valuable this has been.”

    — Helen, Coaching Client

  • “This coaching gave me the tools—and the self-awareness—I didn’t know I was missing.”

Working with Kim has helped me understand how ADHD shows up in my daily life and, more importantly, how to work with it rather than against it. Through our sessions, I gained clarity on my core values and learned how to use them to reframe difficult tasks and decisions. That shift alone has helped me feel more motivated, capable, and in control.

We took a strengths-based approach, which helped me stop seeing myself as a problem to fix, and instead as someone with unique ways of thinking who just needed the right support. I now understand the importance of things like accountability and clear goal-setting—and how they can actually work for me when tailored to how my brain works.

Engaging in this process has been deeply satisfying. I feel like I finally have access to the kind of support I’ve always needed, but never knew existed. It’s empowering to realise that with the right tools and perspective, I can make meaningful changes in my life.”

Kim, an ADHD life coach in Melbourne, standing outdoors and smiling — offering ADHD coaching and executive functioning support for adults

Meet Kim

Kim is a certified ADHD life coach based in Melbourne, specialising in executive functioning support for adults.

She lives with her two teens, a husband, and their loyal Labrador.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science Nursing from La Trobe University, she worked in a diverse range of clinical settings, eventually landing in community health where she supported the unsung heroes - unpaid carers. This role steered her towards the world of coaching, where her nursing insights met a newfound passion.

In her seven years as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Kim noticed a specific need: ADHD coaching. This became personal when her own child was diagnosed with ADHD, which led Kim to embracing the opportunity to undertake specialised training through ADDCA in ADHD Coaching.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys time with her family and friends, planning her next travel adventure, supporting environmental passions such as shark conservation initiatives, and cherishing the quiet beauty of a sunset - when the sun decides to shine in Melbourne!
